Went to this buffet, and got there early so I wouldn't have any hassle but was told by many different servers what areas to go, toured the food displays, and that the buffet wouldn't start until the exact posted time. After the tour, I was escorted all around the tables just to be seated next to the buffet... Very odd staffing. Then a chef said we can go to the buffet... I said, "Oh okay, so we can eat." He said, "No to take pictures..." I was dumbfounded... So I waited at the scheduled time to eat and was not impressed. Unless you are a dessert eating kind of person, I wouldn't bother. Plus the food was either dried out or no actual taste to the food. I definitely do not recommend wasting 8,500yen per person in this place. You can go to an izakaya and an onsen for that...

Not so many places provide such a service, but Seala was one of them provided crabs. However, no crabs were served and all related info on the Internet was removed. It was like a fraud ad. We came all the way from Taiwan and took a bus ride for half an hour for something unexpected! And there isn’t much seafood served, except flied fish and raw salmon. Unfortunately, this year was disappointing, especially for a restaurant inside a high end Hilton hotel. The quality has dropped significantly in terms of choices, taste and replenishment rate.
