I visited Shisha Salon Deuxxx (Fukuoka) on Oct 2. After kindly being told I could change seats, I helped move one shisha. The glass bottom detached at its weak joint and broke. I was charged ¥20,000 for the glass alone, though the replacement value is only ¥14,000. When I asked for a manager, I was told he was “in Osaka.” Later, the manager banned me permanently and refused any discussion.
