I ordered the Tomate ramen with the medium spice level, for me it was just the right amount of spiciness. The medium spice level is perfect for those who enjoy a little kick without setting their mouth on fire. The balance was impeccable, allowing the distinct Tomate flavour to shine while still offering the comforting ramen depth.
