店内には相当数のコーヒー生豆が揃っていて、それぞれ味や香りの特徴を端的に書き表してあります。 注文してから焙煎する間、コーヒーをご馳走になりました。 コーヒーに関する雑誌や書籍があるので、のんびり読んで待つことができます。 こんな田舎にこれほど本格的なコーヒー豆販売店があるのが不思議です。

住宅街に隠れる様にあり、パッと見クリーニング屋かな？と錯覚させられる佇まい。 その実体は… 驚きの珈琲ショップ。 えっ、これ200gの単価何ですか？ はっ？安過ぎ！ 間違ってません？なんか、計算とか。 余計なお世話ですが、

山形市にあるとある珈琲ショップと同じで、焙煎の仕上がりに時間がかかります。 人気店なんだろうなぁ。 なので予め注文しておけば直ぐに受け取れます。

口コミを見て訪問させていただきました。 店主様に「おススメはありますか？」と伺ったのが機嫌を損ねたのか、即答で「ありません」との事。まぁおススメが無ければ仕方ないので、好みの豆を注文し店内で焙煎を待たせてもらおうと思ったところ「時間かかるので後で取りに来てください」ですって。 奥様はフレンドリーな方で話しやすいのですが、店主様の対応はちょっと気分を害しました。 焙煎してもらったコーヒーの味は...
