Bar Sabio — Restaurant in Gifu

The service was good. We sat outside the restaurant and we were given blankets right away. Indoors was too warm for me though. I like the ambiance.

Food…we ordered shrimp Shrimp ajillo, paella and tapas platter. All were okay. Not the best, but ok. Paella was a bit salty for my taste and the was a bit over cooked. The prawns on the paella was also not that fresh. The salmon in the salmon platter had a bit of an aftertaste. It’s not bad, but not good either. 😐 the bread was good. Shrimp ajillo was ok.

But, to be fair, I’d probably go back here again because of the ambiance and also probably this is the only Spanish-Ish restaurant around town....

前から気になっており訪問。 結論から言うととても美味しく大変気に入った為１回目のレビューを書く前に、友人を連れて２回目の訪問をしてしまいました(笑)

2回ともテラス席で頂きました！ 外で飲むお酒は最高です。

特に、パエリアがお店の売りということもあり美味しかったです。 私は魚介のパエリアが特に美味しいと感じました！ 岐阜では珍しい本格的なパエリアです。

そしてぜひ食べて頂きたいのがデザートのバスクチーズケーキ！ 正直、その辺のケーキ屋さんより美味しいです。
