NK2 FARM Shop&Cafe — Restaurant in Hakodate

Small cozy cafe tucked away slightly further from the busy tourist area in Hakodate. There were no free parking available so we used the paid parking opposite the main road.

We were fortunate that the cafe served breakfast pretty early as our schedule was tight. They had great sets of breakfast which was either Japanese or Western style. Both were great value! The lady boss was very helpful and friendly as well. Unfortunately we misunderstood her when she asked to drink our coffee before or after meal and we said before. We were served coffee first and they waited until we finished our drink before serving our set :).

This cafe is a great spot to kickstart your day! The breakfast plate was a feast for the eyes and the stomach. The scrambled eggs were fluffy, the sausages were flavorful, and the salad was fresh and crisp. The corn chowder was a comforting touch on a chilly morning. The reggae music playing in the background added a fun and energetic vibe to the breakfast experience. It was a bit unexpected, but it definitely woke me up and got me in a good mood.
