The rule said if we aren’t using the restaurant we can’t park there. We went ahead and everyone bought something and they still didn’t let us walk around WITH the food that we bought. 高原特濃乳　¥340- バニラあんソフトクリーム　¥540- をチョイス 予想外の美味しさ😳 抹茶ソフトクリームだと思って立ち寄ったが　よもぎのソフトクリームだった 迷ったけど　牛乳も気になったので ソフトクリームにあんとよもぎ団子がのった　バニラあんソフトクリームを注文 すぐに提供してもらい　外のテーブル4台のうち1つで頂きました ソフトクリームのよもぎの香りが爽やかで　美味しい　一番美味しいとびっくりしたのがよもぎ団子 別にお団子も頼もうか迷ったぐらい あんこも粒が大粒で　食感よし どうもよもぎは　箱根・仙石高原に春先に取れるよもぎ使用らしい よもぎよもぎにはほうれんそうの10倍近くの食物繊維があり　アレルギーや高血圧にも有効だとか なんだか健康にも良き 確か殺菌効果もあったような あんこも御殿場のあんこ屋さんのもので あんぱん用のあんこで 一番大粒だから食感よいんだそう 牛乳も美味しくと　あっと言う間になくなる こちらも毎日集められる良質な生乳や牛乳をたっぷり使い　さらに自家製クリームを加えて濃厚な味わい 確かに濃厚でよもぎの味に良く合う 駐車場側にイートイン 反対側の道路沿いにカウンター テイクアウトでき　カウンター前に４テーブル

孫家族と箱根に行った際、貸別荘のチェックインまで時間があったのでお茶をしようと立ち寄りましたが、最悪でした。 まず、孫の両親の席から注文を取り始めたのですが、対応したスタッフ(おばちゃん)の説明の仕方に、せっかく箱根に来てゆっくりお茶をしてくつろごうとしていた私たちの気持ちをブチ壊してくれました！ お店の提供するサービス(注文方法)の説明のマニュアルがあるのはわかるのですが、説明の仕方が、上から目線というかなんというか…サービス業あるまじき対応で、わたしたちの席に注文を取りに来たときに、私もつい「融通が効かないね！」と言ってしまいました。 注文をしたお茶はとても美味しかったのですが、スタッフ(おばちゃん)の接客態度のせいで半減してしまいました。 箱根によく行くのですが、もう二度と行きません！ ちなみに、夕食を同じ系列のとなりの「銀の穂」でいただきましたが、こちらは打って変わってスタッフの対応も素晴らしく、お料理も非常に美味しく良かったです。 また行こうと思います。

If you go to 仙石原 by car, you should ignore this shop. You cannot park your car to walk around 仙石原 even after you buy something in this shop.
