Group of 8. Ordering can only be done on phone app. Menu was difficult to understand - daily special? what is it? Ordering was difficult - how do you choose the side order? Then a clunky robot delivers the food to one end of the table - who ordered this? That's not the side I wanted. Nobody ordered this one? It wandered over with food twice, but never brought any drinks. It was comically bad. The cute waitresses in German dresses were friendly but only worked as greeters, not servers. Sorry - the food was not very good. I ordered an expensive steak (weekends only) and was not impressed. It included rice (or bread) and some potatoes for almost ¥3,000. Oh, and the drink that never arrived - but was brought when we reminded them after eating. We had a fun group and enjoyed ourselves, but this German restaurant was ridiculous. Can manager please change the temprature on your tap? Beer served in the restaurant is way too cold. Shouldn't be served at that really a cold temprature.

In the past beer option was almost limited to cold Pilsner beer in Japan but it's 2019. People have a wealth of knowledge about beer, have begun exploring various beer styles, and always worried about whether the serving temperature is appropriate.

I am an American. I have been here two times. Once as a member of Japanese group and once alone. Each time the service is outstanding, which is typical for Japan, compared to U.S. The beer is great for Japan. Different from the typical Lagers, but not too hoppy. It is a little strange that you can’t sit at the bar and have a drink, but maybe that is Japan.... The English is easy with pictures and gestures, but a full meal is not possible.
