I can confidently say that this was one of the best, if not the best, sushi restaurant I've ever been to. Nous souhaitions manger des sushis, la serveuse nous montre le menu a notre arrivé, nous validons et nous installons. Elle revient a notre table, s'excuse et nous indique que seulement la proposition du chef est disponible soit un menu pré établi sans trop de precision, le plus chère comprenant 10 sushis ?, un cheesecake, une soupe miso et quelques crudités. Apres la commande pendant le repas, elle nous demande si l'on souhaite commander les sushis à la carte qui etaient précédemment indisponibles... dommage pour un restaurant essayant de se démarquer par sa qualité...

Sinon les produits qu'on a bien voulu nous servir étaient bien préparés et de qualité, le cadre tres sympa. Attention si vous etes un touriste...

入店してまず最初にウェイターの方が上司の方から呼ばれて駆けつけるまでに10秒。これだけで何か悪いとは言いませんが、嫌な予感。何かのイベントの客と勘違いされたのかわかりませんでしたが、予約をしている旨を伝えると失礼しましたと。

そしたら案の定案内された席では半個室で雰囲気こそいいものの、ちょうど椅子の分かれ目のところにテーブルセットがしてありました。椅子は設計上仕方ないと考えましたが、テーブルを跨いで（しかも少し段差がありました）セットがされていたことには悪い意味で驚きました。

料理の提供は全体的に遅め。店内もそんなに混雑はしていなかったので、元々の設定がゆったりしているのかも。

味は美味しいものも多くありましたが、値段に見合っていたかと言われると割高に感じています。宮島だから土地代とかもあるのでしょうか。不味く感じたものもなかったので、悪くはありませんでした。

何よりウェイターの方の提供が雑。皿を置くときの所作が特に悪目立ちしていました。料理の説明も声が小さく、何度も聞き返しました。旬の食材をウリにしていましたが、どこの港で上がったなどの産地の情報はほぼ皆無でした。

もう少し接客（コミュニケーション）の部分で楽しめたら、いい時間を過ごせたと思いますし、そういった部分を大切にしていれば今回上げさせてもらったような点は簡単に解消される気がするだけに...
