Visited in Feb 2022 After ordering the ramen, it was brought to me, maybe within 5 minutes. The aroma of seafood was too strong. It smelled so good. I want my whole body to be smoked once. When I drank the soup, the aroma of the sea spread further into my mouth. I heard they also use chicken stock, but it played a supporting role.
The noodles were very thin, straight, and have the consistency of Japanese soba noodles. It was too delicious! And the volume was relatively large. The wontons were the type we can enjoy the smooth texture of the skin. They were perfect.
[Fried Rice] In contrast to the ramen's robust flavor, the fried rice was quite light and simple. This was what is called “Yaki-meshi,” and the ingredients were modest. It reminded me of the time when I was a university student and had no money, so I used to make fried rice with only an egg every day. (of course, this is much better than my fried rice)
The soup that came with the fried rice was like ramen soup without the Tare. It is also quite light, so the flavors don't clash with the fried rice. I appreciated the inclusion of wontons. A customer who came in later ordered the soup with soy sauce. It seemed that we can choose either salt or soy sauce.

Read moreI last ate at this establishment in September 1986 but I am very happy to see it is still in business. I lived only a 1 minute walk away so parking was not a problem. During my 4 plus years in Zushi I was able to visit often and hands down it was the best ramen shop I ever experienced. Read more10年前位?に一度来店したきりで、土地柄に縁がなく、伺ってなかったのですが、ひょんなきっかけで、二度目の来店。 場所は、134の渚橋から、葉山の御用邸に向かう県道沿いに有ります。 一応、お店の前に2台程ギリギリに停車出来ますが、普通車以上のサイズの車は、いや、軽でも?(苦笑 頭が出てしまう位のスペースで、あまりお勧めしません(苦笑 何せ目の前の県道が細く、交互通行の車や人が頻繁に通るので、車好きな方は特に。 お店の前後にコインパーキングが有りますが、マリーナの方に停めるのがお勧め。一時間1000円ですが、隣接する ちょっとしたオシャレなショッピングモールの様なものがあり、そこでの買い物で駐車券を出せば3時間無料になります。 店構えは、外も内もまるで老舗のそば屋さんの様な落ち着いた雰囲気で、一件すると狭そうに感じますが、四人がけのテーブル席が、5,6席あり、それなりに人数が入れます。 カウンター席はありません。 ラーメンは、醤油、塩、味噌、一通り有り、どれも塩みも尖ってなく、まるで無化調のような優しい味で、それでいてしっかりとした舌に残る風味が有ります。 麺の玉は普通盛りでも、通常のお店の大盛位あり、しっかり食べれます。 叉焼、めんま、添えものも丁寧に作ってあり、美味しいです。 更に、炒飯と餃子は秀逸。 炒飯は、並みの店の大盛?特盛?位の量があり、食べごたえは抜群です(苦笑 味も、卵や、叉焼でのシンプルな風味ながら、堪らない味わいが有ります✨ 添えものに、ワンタンスープが付き、一見するとしおらーめんと同じスープに見えますが、そうでなく、わざわざ添えもの用のスープで仕込んであります。 餃子は、大きさも見かけも平凡に見えますが、一口食べれば、何の風味?て位の堪らない肉の餡の風味が口の中を満たしてくれます✨✨ 総じて値段は高目ですが、満足感は間違いなく値段以上。 人辺りの優しい店主さん達が、提供してくれる優しく、美味しい逸品たち、是非一度は...
