Tokyo Bay Fisherman's Noodle 葉山店 — Restaurant in Hayama

Visited Zushi and had both the Shio and Maze Ramen, the taste was good and flavourful. However, towards the end of the meal a fly was found in the ramen broth. We tried to let the owner know discreetly and not to cause other customers discomfort. But, all the owner and chef responded was: ‘sumimasen’ my apologies without checking the bowl.

Overall, we were shook and dissapointed towards how the owner/employee of the store dealt the situation. It made both myself and my partner feel that our feedback was not taken seriously and they didn’t care if other customers were at risk having their food contaminated.

Good food but poor hygiene standard...

Delicious ramen! I highly recommend the 塩(salt) ramen and if you are extra hungry, also get the TBFdon to dump into your soup broth after you eat the noodles. I especially love all the fish tanks with beautiful little fish and other sea creatures.

I'm very grateful that this place is also often open later than surrounding options and it has kept me from having to go to bed...

テレビで紹介されてこちらを知りました。 放送から一ヶ月ぐらい経ちましたので、落ち着いてるかと思い伺いました。 まだ、テレビの影響があるのか店の外には５人から１０人が並んで、店の中にも４人が待っている人気ぶりで、期待も深まりました。 注文は、券売機で食券を購入すると厨房へオーダーが入るシステムで、潮らぁ麺２つとトッピングでどっちーも！(チャーシューとうずら)とバラ干し海苔をつけました。 ラーメンを二つ注文しているとトッピングも自動的に２つなるのでトッピング注文は個数に気をつける必要がありそうです。 寒い外で１０分以上待ってやってきた潮らぁ麺！ 熱々を期待してましたが、ふーふーする事なく食べられる暖かさでした。 お味は、最大限の褒め言葉で、優しいお味です。 貝の出汁MAXを期待していると、がっかりしてしまうかも知れません。 塩ラーメンとしては美味しかったです。 テーブルにあるガーリックパウダーを足すと味変できますが、潮らぁ麺ではなくなってしまいます。 ガーリックパウダーはない方がいいと感じました。 チャーシューも写真とは変わっていて、薄切り柔らかチャーシューといった感じです。

もう少し、貝出汁を全面出せたら個性的なラーメンでリピーターが増えるのではと感じたお店でした。
