とても美味しい！お造り刺身新鮮で最高 丁寧に調理されていて彦根駅前では寿司はここ一択かなと感じました。 ちょっと残念だったのは テレビがついてたこと店内がとても素敵なのに客は私達2人なのに ガヤガヤしてて落ち着かない カウンターに着席していたんだけど 食事中にカウンター上に 沢山の皿を並べ積み上げられる番重 夜の準備だと思いますが、ガンガンと音が目の前で鳴るので、さっさと食べて帰ってくれへんか！みたいに感じました。 昼会席ににごり酒はご迷惑だったのかしら？味やお料理は美味しいお店です。 なぜここへ入店したか↓ 7年前こちらのお店と駅から離れた信号の角にあるお店どっちにしようかと迷い、遠い方の寿司屋に入店。散々だったので 今回ほ思い切ってこちらへ入店 値段的...

ランチで入りました。 店内は物静かで、よく言えば職人肌の寡黙な板前さん。悪く言えば活力がなく無愛想なおじさんたち… 女性と男性で寿司ネタのクオリティを変えている節がある気がします。明らかに若年女性のわたしより年配男性の父のほうがネタがきれいでした。わたしのはやや黒くなり筋ばったマグロやかっぱ巻、玉子などでした。これが旅館のお食事などでよくある『男女の差』というものなのでしょうか。

彦根に用事があり、 昼過ぎにどこで食事をしようかと 駅前からぶらぶら歩き、 ロータリーからも見えた銀水さんへ 入店。 トロ入り特上にぎりでも2300円と とてもお得だったので、 更に贅沢に塩にぎりをセットでなく、 単品で注文させてもらいました。 特上にぎり8巻も一つずつ満足しましたが、 食べた事の無い塩にぎりも 満足しました。 仕事中でなければ、 一品料理も 楽しめる品数の多さでした。 鰻も松茸も鱧も料理のレパートリーが 多く、羨ましい彦根のお店でした。
