First of all don't be confused by the name as the signs say "Quatro". The place has a cool industrial style look but still feels comfortable and cozy. The food was absolutely delicious, in particular the pasta dishes and pizza. We had crab and black ink squid pasta. It certainly was Italian with a Japanese twist but exceptionally good. Located on the third floor of a multi-tenant building, this spot is a little hard to find. I ordered the recommended summer special, and the Chilled Creamy Spaghettini with a Silky Egg was surprisingly good. The set, which included the optional fruit juice drink, was around $14.3.

However, even though the total of $19.5++ was fair for a decent meal, the unlisted table charge ($3.5) for otōshi (as a coperto), a mandatory appetizer, was a surprise. This charge should be clearly listed on the menu, even if it's a standard business...

Great food prepared with fresh ingredients. If you are wanting a taste of Italy then I recommend one of the many fine pastas. The four cheese pizza drizzled with honey is mouth watering and the garlic edamame is the best I've ever had. The chef clearly has a passion for the food he creates...
