It was great to find this place after a long day of exploring Himeji castle. It was exactly what I wanted. As a long time beer drinker I love exploring craft breweries when I travel. It seems Japan is in an IPA mood and I was pleasantly surprised by the easy drinkability of the offerings here. I was so hungry so I was glad they had pub fare and I ordered a few things and devoted a portion of the menu. It was a digital menu and ordering so I had to have google do the translating but it was still easy and I got exactly what I ordered and wasn't charged for anything I didn't order. Wow, what a surprise this restaurant was! We were coming down from Himeji Castle, just passing by on our way to the station, when we spotted this place and were immediately drawn in by their sign advertising craft beers. And wow, it did not disappoint! The 3-beer tasting was a real treat, and the food overall was fantastic. Highly, highly recommended if you’re in the area. Also, a big thank you for the excellent service—no lines, no waiting, everything smooth and easy. Truly a pleasure!

Great little find on the way back to the train from Himeji castle. Micro brewery that brews their own beer in the venue. I've been on the hunt for a great hazy pale in Japan and this is the best one I've found in my 3 weeks travelling here. Beer was really good would highly recommend Hey!

Food was standard too, Bolognese hot dog hit the spot.

Definitely recommend the Hazy IPA and the Lo-Fi amber ale. Great little chill micro brewery. The atmosphere was laid back. We came in mid day so it wasn't busy but definitely had a great time and enjoyed the beers a lot.
