The reviews do not do justice to this place. First ramen stop in Hiroshima and I'm already blown away. The soup is rich and thick, you can see the collagen and fat floating on top. You can customize a lot of your order, so feel free to choose how hard you want your noodles and if you want to remove something (I strongly advise against this)

I got the standard tonkatsu ramen, normally I review the ramen on its own but this time I could not resist getting the chicken skin gyoza, though I did wait to eat them after I was almost done...

Amazing ramen at a local place. Mostly local Japanese ppl eat here so food is cheap, fresh and authentic. The broth is one of the best we had in Japan so far and we have eaten many places during our 2 week self guided tour of Japan. The grilled dumplings & pork ramen was so delicious. Would come back again. The chef and waitress are very nice, helpful & friendly. Excellent food & service! 2 ramen bowl & grilled dumpling only costed us $1750...

We and my girlfriend had a great meal at this place when we got to Hiroshima. The guy working there did not know a lot of English, but he really tried to communicate with pictures and the few words he knew, and it was more than enough. Great guy!

We had pork ramen, some fried chicken things and rice, and it was all delicious. Strongly recommended if...

はりがねラーメンをバリカタでいただきました。(替え玉は2玉) 広島G7の真っ只で、厳戒態勢の中、沢山の警察官に出くわしながら、お店にたどり着きました。(ご苦労様です。m(_ _)m) 座席はＵ字型のカウンターの両サイドにそれぞれ6席、入口手前に4人席のテーブルが左右1台ずつ配備されており、入口でセルフの水を汲んでから右側カウンターの奥に着席。 メニューを確認しブザーを押すと『モォー🐮』と牛の鳴き声が？ 鳴き声の後、表示板でこちらの番号を確認した店員さんが現れてから注文。 豚骨なんだからどうせなら『ブヒィー🐷』にすればいいのに…なんて思ってると、手作り感満載の暖簾をめくって、一蘭風にラーメン登場！(*^-^*) 少しトロッとしたスープは豚骨らしい風味があり、とても良い香り。d('∀'*) 豚骨のガツンっとした獣臭というより、優しいちょっと甘めの塩豚骨風な風味かと。b(^-^d) ニンニクと胡麻を擦り降ろすと皿に食欲が掻き立てられます！ 麺は極細のストレート麺で、バリカタにしたので歯ごたえとコシがありパクパク食べてしまいました。 チャーシューは薄く切られた2枚のみでしたが、豚骨の風味が強いので逆にアッサリしてて良く合ってます！ 九州へ行けばこのレベルやそれ以上のレベルのお店は沢山あるでしょうが、広島市内であれば間違いなく上位ランクのお店では？ こちらのお椀は陶器ではなく金属製のようで、替え玉を2玉追加しましたが、2玉目を食べ終わっても熱々のままで、最後まで美味しく頂きました。 女性店員さんが厨房で2人の男性店員さんがホール担当でしたが、元気よくテキパキと仕事されてて好感持てます。 替え玉はカウンター内の別窯で茹でてから提供されているため、厨房の負担軽減と作業効率up。( ˘꒳˘ ) 支払いもPayPay払い出来て、現金でも非接触型のセルフレジ導入。 移転前のお店を利用した事はありませんが、以前のお店に対するクチコミのマイナス点はそれなりに改善されているのでは？ 駐車場が無いのが難点ですが、30分で100円が空いていたら利用しやすいかと思います。
