外観の作りからのイメージと全く違い、お好み焼き、非常に美味しかったです。

他メニューも色々注文させて頂きましたが、おいしく頂けました。^ ^

残念な点は、男性スタッフのみの店舗だとどうしても店内がかたく感じてしまう点と、メニュー構成がすごく偏っている点でした。 複数品注文する大人数向きでは、難しいメニュー構成に私的には感じました。

逆に「ランチでお好み焼き食べよう〜」としては本当に素晴らしいお店だと思いました。

普段使いしやすいお店なので、これからはよく利用したいと思ってます^ ^

追記です。 昨日再度来店させて頂きました。 男性と２名での来店です。 想像通りお昼に素晴らしいCPで画像1 900円 画像2 1200？円でした。

相変わらず調理レベルは申し分なく、連れも美味しいと喜んでおりました。 接客レベルもきっちり向上されていて、低単価での飲食で申し訳ない当方どもにお皿の回収、グラスにウォーターの追加など入れてくださる親切さに心うたれました。

これは当方の味覚での個人差あるかもですが、軽くでも白胡麻振ってるお好み焼き屋さんは、中当たりの胡麻の風味を大事にしてくださってるお店さんな気がします。 連れもわたしも生麺をパリッと目に調理してくださるこちらの調理法は、非常に好感度高かったです。

玉子の火入れなども上手です。 ソースの塗り加減も素晴らしいと思います。

お好み焼き屋さんあるあるのボトル類が、綺麗でないということも一切ありません。 衛生面では、広島お好み焼き屋さんトップクラスであると思います。 県外から来られる方で、衛生面優先の飲食希望であれば、こちら「だんだん」さんはおすすめです。

The taste of the okonomiyaki was completely different from the impression I got from the exterior. It was absolutely delicious!

We also ordered several other items from the menu, and everything was enjoyable. :)

As for the downsides, the fact that the staff were all male made the atmosphere feel a bit rigid, and I felt the menu was somewhat limited. It seemed a bit difficult to accommodate a large group ordering multiple dishes.

On the other hand, this is truly a fantastic place if you’re just thinking, “Let’s have okonomiyaki for lunch!”

It’s a casual, easy-to-visit spot, and I look forward to coming here more often. :)

Additional Note: I visited again yesterday with a male friend, making it two of us this time. As I expected, the lunch was outstanding value for money! The first dish (Image 1) was ¥900, and the second (Image 2) was around ¥1,200.

The cooking was, as always, impeccable, and my companion was thrilled with how delicious it was. I was also touched by the attentive service—despite our low spending, the staff kindly cleared our plates and refilled our water glasses.

This might just be my personal preference, but I feel that shops that lightly sprinkle white sesame seeds on their okonomiyaki pay special attention to flavor balance. Both my companion and I were impressed by the way the noodles were perfectly crispy, which added a wonderful texture.

The way the egg was cooked was also spot-on, and the sauce was applied perfectly.

Additionally, there were no typical issues like sticky or unclean condiment bottles. In terms of hygiene, I think this place is among the top-class Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki restaurants.

For visitors from outside the prefecture who prioritize cleanliness when choosing a restaurant, I highly recommend “Dandan.”

I recently visited again for lunch. Although there was only one staff member working, they provided an incredibly delicious okonomiyaki and even took care to pay attention to details like serving complimentary water. I’m truly grateful for their hospitality.

Es ist schon eine Weile her, dass wir hier gegessen haben, aber ich erinnere mich noch als wäre es gestern gewesen.

Wir saßen zu viert ganz vorne am Tresen und sahen dem Chef bei der Zubereitung von Hiroshima Okonomiyaki zu. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war sehr nett und man fühlte sich gleich Willkommen.

Den Geschmack unseres ersten Okonomiyaki im Leben, werden wir wohl nie vergessen und ich muss sagen, wir aßen seit diesem Abend keinen besseren mehr!

Ich hoffe ich schaffe es irgendwann nocheinmal hier her zurück zu kommen und würde mich freuen nocheinmal ein so tolles Geschmackserlebnis zu haben.

Very good okonomiyaki. We also tried yakiudon. The staff were very nice and we really enjoyed our meal there.
