We visited Pizza Juicy around 8:30pm tonight, just before their 9pm closing, and they couldn’t have been more welcoming. The staff were so kind! They happily seated us with warm smiles and never made us feel rushed. This was after we visited another nearby pizza spot that closed an hour before their posted closing hour.
The menu for pizzas was available in English, and though the appetizers weren’t, using our translate app worked perfectly fine. It’s definitely a foreigner-friendly spot, and the staff’s kindness really stood out.
As for the food…everything was exceptional. The caprese salad featured sweet, fresh tomatoes and the creamiest burrata, all brought together with high-quality olive oil that really elevated the dish. The Neapolitan-style pizza was incredible, beautifully blistered crust, flavorful sauce, and perfect balance of ingredients.
We ended up eating every bite. Pizza Juicy isn’t just delicious-it’s warm, welcoming, and full of heart. A must-visit for anyone craving authentic, high-quality pizza in a...
Read moreMade a reservation a few days in advance — definitely necessary, as the restaurant fills up quickly during the early evening hours. Seats gradually start to open later at night, so walk-ins might be possible closer to last order. The space is stylish and modern, with plenty of seating, and serves high-level pizzas that truly live up to the reputation.
What I ordered
◆ Peach, Prosciutto & Burrata Cheese – ¥2,420 ◆ Kajitani Farm Herb & Prosciutto Salad with Seasonal Fruits – ¥1,420 ◆ Margherita – ¥1,870 ◆ Mais (Corn Pizza) – ¥2,530
True to the restaurant’s name, the pizza dough has a high moisture content — juicy, soft, and pleasantly chewy with a light bake. The seasoning is subtle, letting the ingredients shine and making each slice easy to enjoy.
The appetizers are all excellent, with generous portions — perfect for sharing among a few people. It’s the kind of place where eating and laughing together makes for a great night out. That said, even just coming here for the pizza alone is...
Read moreMy husband and I are impressed with the service of the staff. They are very helpful on the phone even at their busiest time. The hospitality is as good as it gets. The pizzas we enjoyed during two visits were so delicious - perfectly cooked and prepared toppings imaginatively combined on wonderful crust - that it is now established as pizza that we crave. The savory tachiuo pizza is a must with fluffy perfectly cooked slivers of fish complimented with other ingredients. We also love the strawberry pizza (seasonal) and lemon pizza (probably seasonal). They have a limited number of excellent baguettes for purchase at the cashier made with left over dough. They will not rush you through your reservation. (But as a courtesy you should not keep the seat a long extra time without ordering something else…)
Truly a special meal in a beautiful...
