It is a grill restaurant with great, tasty food, For vegetarians I would not recommend the place but if you like to eat good meat with a great experience, go here if you have the time. We liked the fact that it was a place where the guests are mainly Japanese and the waiters just speak a few words of English. With some body language though -and also a menu in English- you can order what you like to hsve. And when you get the food, it is absolutely high quality. The service was super attentive and friendly, so five stars...

韓国冷麺の壇光 @yakiniku_danko
焼肉の壇光はニューヨークニューヨーク @nyny_namiki の系列。カープの新井監督の広島工業高校の後輩の方が代表。広テレ @htv_official_ch4 の三四郎のディアボス @dearboss_346 で拝見したので気になっていた。

Danko Korean Cold Noodles @yakiniku_danko
Danko Yakiniku is a branch of New York New York @nyny_namiki. The owner is a junior of Carp manager Arai from Hiroshima Technical High School. I saw it on Hiroshima TV's @htv_official_ch4's Sanshiro no Dear Boss @dearboss_346 and was curious about it. I'm glad to see the uniforms of Manager Arai and player Kikuchi on display. They are reproducing the Korean cold noodles of Namdaemun, a long-established yakiniku restaurant in Hiroshima that no longer exists. The texture of the noodles and the rotation of soup, noodles, kimchi, pear, and soup. A masterpiece that you'll want to eat whether you've eaten yakiniku or not. I even drank up the soup.
Amid the COVID-19 pandemic and rising prices, I was inspired by the dedication, trial and error, and hospitality of this restaurant in a well-located competitive area.

One guest next to me started a friendly conversation with me. The food, especially the meat and the Soba noodles, was the best I've ever had! The whole experience was just very nice and i will come back, should i ever visit Hiroshima...
