What a disappointing experience. Food takes too long to be served. They told us 30 minutes of waiting time for two shrimp sandwiches and a donut (already prepared), and we had to wait 55 minutes before being served!! Coffee was served just before food.
On top of that, they lost our donut order (prepayed) and we had to insist on having it. We had to check their order list together, to verify together that the order was there.
Sandwiches were nothing special that required so much time to be made.

I think the ratings are high because people either do not know what a good cafe is like or they are being generous because they’re on vacation.
