I came to this nice place two times because the food is gorgeous and staff is very kind: the first time I had goat sashimi, it was delicious, actually, me being from south of Italy I love goat meat and cheese and goat meat here was very good quality, high standard, I also saw that goat meat here is certified of Ishigaki local production. 【2014.07訪問】 南の島でランチ後、すぐ近くの商店街にある市場で土産を探す事にした。 市場には昨日食べる事が出来なかった石垣牛がずらりと並んでいる。

刺しが素晴らしい！

ヨダレを吹きながら佇んでいるとそれを見た大将が 「ここで買って、上の市場食堂で焼いて食べれるよ？焼き代400円かかるけど。」 という。

さっき結構食ったので迷ったが、せっかくなので買って食べる事にした。 旅の胃袋ってのは底無しザル状態だ（汗）

買ったのは100g￥1,800の石垣牛リブロースを200g。

年季が入った錆々のエレベーターで上階に上がると市場食堂が登場。 中に客はいなく、我々だけのようだ。

肉をあずけて、ビールで乾杯しわくわくしながら待った。 レアでお願いしたのですぐに出て来た。

すかさず肉を食べると、、、 ありゃ！！何かベチャベチャ！

テフロンかなんかのフライパンで焼いたのか？ どんな焼き方したんだろ。 何だかよくわからないが、脂ぎっとりべっとりで結構いいはずのお肉が台無し。
