Sayoko's Sata Andagi — Restaurant in Ishigaki

I’ve had sata andagi a few times in Okinawa and Ishigaki and never really enjoyed it until I had the sata andagi here! It was fluffy and not too oily and just overall tasted great, all at 100 yen a piece! They also have a board outside (in Japanese) that lists the times at which certain flavours are made. I got there right when the banana sata andagi were made and got some piping hot pieces! Even the plain sata andagi tasted great. Will be back for more! No pictures...

I have been here recently (September 2019) and ate a few different types of okinawan donuts. They were awesome!! I recommend to stop by this place.

ずっと以前から人気のお店。 揚げたてのサーターアンダギーが購入できます。

平日11時前にお店に行くと30人くらいの行列！！ すでにプレーンと紅芋は売り切れていて、列は進まず。。。 でも、お店の方が休まず一生懸命揚げてくださっているんだろうなぁ。 11時30分くらいに列が進みました。 店頭には、バナナのサーターアンダギーがありました。 揚げたものからどんどん売れて行きます、すっごい人気☆ バナナのサーターアンダギーを８個購入しました。

【できあがり時間の目安】 ・プレーン：10時ごろ ・紅芋：11時ごろ ・バナナ：11時20分ごろ ・ヨモギ、ニガナ：11時40分ごろ ・黒糖：1時ごろ （多少時時間がずれる場合があります）

こちらのサーターアンダギーは、とてもさくさくしています。 かるーい感じで、何個でも食べられそう！ 揚げたてをお店の前で食べている方もいましたよ☆ 添加物を使用していないので、日持ちは1週間程度。 一般におみやげものやさんで販売されているものより短いので、 おいしいうちにお早めに！！

お昼過ぎにお店を通りかかったときには行列はなく、どうやら早々に売り切れたみたい。 並んでもいいので、食べていただきたいお味☆
