We’ve eaten at the Northshore restaurant in Matsuyama several times and we’ve enjoyed it every time. We wanted to try the Northshore restaurant at Itami airport since we live in Toyonaka. It was pretty disappointing.

The best way to describe the difference is the one in Matsuyama is a proper restaurant and the one at Itami is a fast food joint. Unfortunately the prices the restaurant charges at the Itami store are not fast food prices. The food was okay but it just wasn't worth the cost.

Another important difference is that the ginger ale at the Matsuyama restaurant is homemade and the ginger ale at Itami is Canada Dry.

Spacious light filled 2 story Hawaiian restaurant with beautiful modern interior decoration. Very friendly services. Great selection of foods and drinks to choose from. Sprout sandwich and cold pressed juice were delicious and good healthy combination to start the day. Take out available. Burger...

Seriously impressed with this beautiful Cafe. Window side tables overlook the runways, which is a great place to relax for a few minutes and have a meal before your flight.

At 1100 yen, the lunch plate was much larger than I expected with fresh salad and a generous portion of chicken.
