The broth is tasty but a little too salty. It is a small place with 2 tables for 4 people each, and a line of 4 single seats along the wall. They have student ramen for 490y, which can upsize for 520y, so I saw a few students there dinner time. The fried golden brown garlic bits that came with the ramen is very nice, but I didn't like the char siu shredded, as that made it seem like I got less char siu than...

I just came here cause my friend from Kagoshima recommended it. Not expecting much since I’m not a huge Kyushu Tonkotsu ramen fan. But wow, this is one of the best ramen I’ve tried! The ingredients and flavors are perfectly balanced. The meat is so tender and tasty and the broth is rich yet not too heavy. 2024年9月に伺いました。 鹿児島ラーメンと言えば『豚とろ』を挙げる方はかなり多いと思います。 実際土日、祝日は行列😅 アイドルタイムを狙って伺いました。 券売機で最初購入するのですが、 かなり久しぶりに来たので やはり高くなったなぁって印象。 かろうじて普通のラーメンが950円（税込）なので、 1,000円の壁はやはり高い😅 観光客は問題なく払える金額だとは思いますが😂 行列出来るだけあって、 食券をスタッフに渡したら 直ぐにラーメン🍜出てきたのにはビックリ‼️ スープは最初の一口目は豚骨独特の臭みが来ますね😂 名前の通り、希少部位の『豚トロ』を使っているチャーシュー、 特に脂身はトロトロで 口の中で溶けてしまいます😍 臭みは慣れてくるとコクのある旨味が勝って、 中太麺に絡むといい感じです❣️ 更に柔らかなチャーシューの食感、旨味が後を引く美味しさです😋
