Wonderful place to escape the upcoming summer heat! Or the winter cold;) Went here with a few friends on a relatively cool balmy day and was pleasantly surprised by the taste and smoothness of the teas. I opted to do the sampler option which gives you up to a certain number of drinks with smaller amounts served. Except for the cold nitro brew tea which was a full regular pint glass. The experience of getting to pull the handle to fill your own glass with the tea was a blast and made the experience more engaged. It can be quite busy here during the weekends, and with limited seating space, reservations are highly recommended. They also have a new location in Atami, that has recently opened up, I believe. I purchased some matcha caramelized popcorn(retail item) that was quite delicious as a...

A little hidden tea cafe serving nitro cold brew teas. Perfect place to chill during the summer heat! It was quite interesting to see japanese tea served like beer, and there are SO MANY flavours to choose from. Sometimes they have 'all you can drink' sessions so you can hangout with tea enthusiasts friends and try all the flavours they have. The red tea houjicha was great! You can buy tea leaves/bags there as well if you find a flavour you enjoyed. They also have tea tumblers for sale. The staffs are very friendly and very enthusiastic about their...

Chabakka Tea Parks is a cute hidden gem of a cafe located on a side street next to Kamakura’s buzzing central streets. The shop is a tea heaven, with many alternatives to buy (in terms of matcha, green teas, black teas and flavorful herbal teas). My boyfriend had the draft tea with chamomile, a cold beverage which looked like a beer and didn’t taste too strong. I had a classic hot matcha which I really enjoyed. The cafe has seats both inside and outside and the staff is ready to welcome you and advise you on drinks. Definitely...

Such a cute place. The interior was small but charming and they had an English menu for their tea. They have an alcoholic tea menu but we stuck with the non alcoholic options. Their draft tea is so smooth with a great taste. All the teas we tried were delicious and expertly brewed, there wasn't a single one we tried that we disliked, and none of them were bitter either, which can often happen with Japanese tea. It's a unique and fun experience, would definitely recommend.

Did the all you can drink tea for 3 people. The price is well worth being able to try over 20 different teas. I usually don’t love Japanese tea because it can be bitter, but I didn’t think that about any of these teas, and was able to enjoy all of them! You can also request half cups so you don’t get full too quickly. Tama-chan was such an incredible server too and can speak Japanese, English and German. I was having fun the entire hour trying all the teas!
