Don’t come to this restaurant if you don’t wanna be treated poorly and looked down by the staff!!!

We went to this place and had a nice dinner, the food was good, and the first few staff that served us were really nice and friendly, their foods and their presentation are all amazing. I thought this’d be one of our favorite restaurant during our trip in Japan. However, when we finished our meal and went to the counter for payment, we use credit card to pay for the meal since this place does not accept cash. The male staff at the counter told us to swapped the card many times even though we told hime that our card is being used 5 days straight since we arrived Japan without any problem, at that moment, we kinda confuse but still talked to him nicely and offer the 4 difference card for him to try again, but that’s still doesn't work. He also told us to use Alipay instead, we also go along with him and try to use Alipay. Unfortunately, it did not worked. We asked him to checked on the card reader many times and he doesn’t even care, we asked him if we can use the cash to pay in this case, but he refused and told us to get out of the restaurant and go to the train station to add money to suica card and come back to pay(the train station is 5mins from the restaurant, plus we are just a few women and it’s 19.30, it’s so dark and raining outside) even if we offer him the cash many times, we still refused and insisted that we should go to the trained station and add the money to the card. While we are so confused and stressed he giggled and talked with his colleagues in Japanese in front of us. Then we try to take a look at the card reader and changed from swapping to card to inserted the card and it’s working perfectly fine, so this is clearly not our fault nor the problem from our cards. I feel so bad and told him the he should apologize to us, then he looked at me back in the eyes and say a word sorry without any guilt. I also tole him that we feel so bad and really disappointed, yet he still play it cool and acted like nothing was happened. I have been traveled to Japan more than 5 times and I’d say that this is the worse experience we’ve got from...

They specialize in omurice, and you place your order through your phone, which is convenient since the menu has pictures of all the dishes. It was my first time trying this kind of meal, and while it was heavy and filling, it wasn’t particularly memorable — more satisfying than impressive.

All the staff had great smiles and attitude, which you could clearly tell — they really seem to enjoy working here. The view of the beach from upstairs is definitely a highlight. The omurice presentation is fun to watch — they bring it out with the omelette on top, then slice it open and drizzle the sauce right in front of you, so it’s worth taking a few photos or videos.

Their pancake was soft and fluffy, but again, not the best I’ve had. One thing to note: they don’t accept cash, only credit cards, so make sure you’re prepared.

Overall, it’s a nice experience if you’re already in the area, but not something I’d go out...

Food was okay. Nice views. But there's zero chance I would ever waste another hour+ of my life standing outside, baking in the mid-day heat, waiting for the people who run this place to lower themselves enough to allow me and my family to enter. There were plenty of empty seats inside the restaurant, where it was nice and cool, but, for some reason, they insisted that we all wait outside in the heat. The guy yelled at us, "かいだんの下で待っていてください!" No thanks. Next time, I'll go eat lunch somewhere where they actually treat customers...

Lovely cafe that I found by chance with an amazing view of the coast. The staff know at least a bit of English (one lady, Aisa, is really fluent in it!) so no issue for tourists. They're really warm and friendly too :) You do need Line in order to order the food but there's free wifi and all. Omurice was very good and the theatre that came with (cutting it with a knife and it falling open to reveal a soft, melty inside) with sauces (demi glace and cheese) poured onto a hot plate. Chef's kiss. A lovely respite from the cold wet rain!
