For my surprise this was not just a typical Tratoria as I expected. The chef is a creative young and friendly guy who talked to us all the time. He and his sub-chef served roasted pork with a beautiful selection of salads, vegetables and tempura. All that with a nice fusion of modern international food and traditional Japanese ingredients.They also have some curious deserts as such as Miso pudim and one the most delicious cheese cakes I’ve ever had. Good surprises are in every details for the most attentive like the curious garnish “ miso furikake” which is a sort of curated Miso Parmesan cheese. The coffee was fresh grounded and delicious. Everything just perfect.

Then, we just have the recomended dish "Chicken cuttlet set (rice/croissan) with salad and soup. It was very tasty !!! We were very surprise and price is very cheap. 900 yen each !!! My score: 9/10 PS. Everything on the dish is very delicious. Except, soup is so so.

Vi blev väl bemötta av två kvinnor. De petade inte engelska så bra men de gjorde sitt bästa och försökte förklara med den engelska de kunde. Inga engelska menyer men som sagt, de förklarade så gott de kunde. Otroligt hjälpsamma. Maten var väldigt fresh och det kändes som riktigt hemlagat, ungefär som när du åker hem till mamma och får en god middag med några hemliga ingredienser. Vi valde kyckling med ris, sen hade de någon äggröra, friterade grönsaker och en fin sallad till. En sås som jag tyckte väldigt mycket om men aldrig testat det förut så har ingen aning vad det var, sötsyrlig sås. Kycklingen var jättegod, saftig och perfekt tillagad. Rekommenderar!

We had a unique experience at restaurant inoue by selecting the Omakase menue from Chef Yuta. The food was extraordinary, in particular for the European palate: we were served various vegetarian and fish/seafood based dishes that all incorporated japanese flavours with a very special touch by Chef Yuta. The service was splendid. Haruki, the only waitor, took care of us all evening and even helped to translate between Chef and us, which we appreciated very much. In terms of atmosphere, again it was very special. Being placed with the other guests around the rectangular kitchen island at which Chef Yuta is doing his magic, it was programmed that you find yourselves in chats with your "neighbors" besides you and from across the table. In our case, we were the only non-japanese in the restaurant, and we were still able to delve into the common conversation and interact due to the kindness of the other guests, Haruki and Chef Yuta.
