(editing my review to express my opinion with more precision) The food was good and the atmosphere was great too! It is an izakaya, so I recommend ordering 2-3 dishes per person as they are small/medium and we usually share the food so we can try several dishes together. We really liked the shūmai and the oyakodon. Next time, I would like to try their potato salad.
2 warnings though: order is done by QR code on smartphone, so it's great for tech savvy people (+possibility to order in languages other than Japanese), but for those who prefer ordering to the server, like my older parents, it might be difficult. But I think you can ask for a server as we saw one person ordering to the counter for a takeout order. Japanese culture can be a little bit surprising if you are not used to it. The following is a common practice in the izakayas: you will be served a dish at the beginning of the dinner that you haven't ordered ("tsukidashi" or "otōshi"), it is usually served with your drink order and it helps you appreciate your drink while waiting for the food.
