Tucked away in a basement that at first glance seemed shuttered for the night, Tronas slowly reveals its charm once you step inside. A flicker of dim lighting and a moment of hesitation as the waiter didn’t spot us right away gave way to warmth and hospitality once we were noticed — a cheerful welcome and swift seating quickly set the tone for a cozy evening.

The ambiance leans romantic, ideal for quiet dinners and slow conversations. Though we had initially been drawn in by what we believed to be a lasagna photo, there was no such dish on the menu — a small disappointment softened by the creative offerings we did try.

A pizza generously topped with shirasu fish was the first to arrive, its saltiness balancing beautifully against a thin crust. Yet while the flavor held up, the portion didn’t — it felt more like a shared appetizer than a meal. The creamy mushroom pasta, however, was the star: al dente noodles cradled in a rich, savory sauce that lingered on the palate in all the right ways.

Tronas delivers a lovely experience in taste and tone, though a bit more volume would have made it more satisfying. I’d return, but maybe with an appetite prepared for three dishes rather than two.

『肉が食べたい』と言ったら、友人イチオシがここだと教えてくれた。肉の美味しいお店は沢山あるだろうけど、安くて美味しいのだと。肉イタリアンというだけあって、ステーキがいくつもあり、今回はアンガス牛のロースステーキと、豚肉の…なんとか言うステーキを注文。それにきのこと海老のアヒージョ。シカゴピザ。どれも量が多いのがいい。食べたー！って感じ。アンガス牛は、オリジナルのタレと粗塩が付いてきておろし山葵も。どちらで食べても、しっとり、脂っこくなくておいしかった。豚肉もバルサミコ酢がさっぱり、お肉はしっとり。お腹いっぱいなのに食べられてしまう。どちらも付け合わせのポテトやお野菜もめちゃめちゃ美味しい。ポテトフライはアンガス牛のは太くてホクホク、豚肉のは細くてカリカリ。シカゴピザは、形がドでかいキッシュのようで、薄めの生地にたーっぷりチーズ。こんなピザは初めて食べたが、チーズの量が半端ないし、チーズが伸びる伸びる。美味しかった。アヒージョもいい香り。具もたっぷり。とにかくお料理全てがたっぷりで、どーだ！っていう印象。自家製サングリアも美味しかった(勿論グラスは大きめ)。 お店は大船の中通りの外れの地下。広くは無いので、そして人気店なの...
