Umi Kamakura — Restaurant in Kamakura

I have eaten in dozens of restaurants all over japan but never a place as perfect as this. I found this place by accident, but if there ever was such a thing as a destination restaurant, UMI, parked just above the gokurakuji stop on the lovely Enoden electric railway is it. Every course- sashimin, roasted chicken, tempura, all perfectly and thoughtfully prepared with impeccable service.
