ステーキ雄 — Restaurant in Kanazawa

This is by far the most memorable and finest food my husband and I have ever experienced the world over. As a chef specialising in Organic and Biodynamic produce I am always aware of quality and that is not limited only to fine dining. It is food in all its aspects, working as well in markets in Australia and Germany. We cannot recommend STEAK higher. The ambience casual, incredibly friendly yet discreet, the service impeccable yet we felt as comfortable as if in a great friends home, the meal itself was lovingly, knowledgeably and creatively presented and shared with us. So all of these features combined were reflected in the food. The love and happiness basically shines through. Our best experience in Japan. It encapsulated the country itself. The meat was very good, tasty and tender, beautifully prepared by the chef. The appetizers consisted of local products that were presented in a very refined way. The couple was very kind and welcoming. We didn't speak japanese, but they were patient and the language barrier didn't prevent us from understanding each other. 土曜日のランチで訪問 初金沢の初食事はおでんかお肉かで悩んだけど、お肉の方が好きだし、ランチから能登牛が食べれる鉄板焼のお店だったので、電話してすぐに行ってみた 電話した時におでんの三幸の隣と説明されたからタクシーの運転手に伝えるとすんなり伝わった お店の真ん前は一方通行みたいだから、表の通りで止めてもらっていざお店へ お店のビル前に看板が出ていたので、すぐわかった

お店に入るとシックな店内はカウンターのみでプライベート感抜群 美人ママが迎えてくれて席へ ランチだけどまずはビールで乾杯 そしてお目当ての能登牛と能登豚のランチセットをオーダー

キッチンは男前マスターが担当 カウンターのみなので、どの席でも鉄板が本当に目の前で焼いてくれてる最中も目で楽しめるし、お腹は減ってくる💦 最初はサラダ 個人的にステーキ屋さんのサラダは好きです ドレッシングが美味しいところが多い 言うまでもなくこちらのドレッシングも美味しい 次はメインのお肉 能登豚はそこまで脂っぽくなく、アッサリとしている 特製のソースがまた合うし美味しい 能登牛はとにかく柔らかくて美味しい 生姜醤油、塩、わさび、ニンニクチップがついているのでどれがいいかなーと全部試してみたけど、個人的には断トツで生姜醤油 めちゃめちゃ合う お肉を生姜醤油で食べたことなかったかもしれないけど、まさかこんなに合うとは… 付け合わせのもやし、キノコも美味しく頂けたそして初めての経験、そうめんかぼちゃ？も食感も良く美味しい

ライスをガーリックライスに変更してもらいお味噌汁と一緒に最後まで美味しく締めさせてもらいました ガーリックライスってなんであんなに美味しいんだろう 変更して大正解だった

マスターもママもとても気さくな方で、料理だけじゃなく楽しませてもらったし、金沢に着いてすぐに、満足のいく料理と接客を味わえたことに感謝するとともに、いい旅行になる予感をさせてくれる、とてもいいお店でした
