This place is the food highlight of our trip in Japan and one of our top memories. Everything about this place is absolutely phenomenal and the amount of details they have put into the experience is unbelievable. This is a small Japanese French restaurant, only about 6 seats and they put great care in every single course and note that you get. The tea is a custom blend, each dish is meticulously put together, and the experience is fantastic. Even the alcohol pairing we did was tailored to our tastes. They have taken such good care of us that it made the meal alll that more elevated and special.

If you are in Kanazawa, this is the only place you...
