Purchased a very great condition Chanel Boy bag here and SAs were very friendly and patient! I visited the Kyoto store previously and bag conditions over there were much poorer and sales were not handling the bags carefully. We enjoyed this store at the Kanazawa Forus much more and the SAs were willing to hold the bag for us for a day without a deposit. The SA the greeted us was also very nice to let us know about the year end discount coupon the moment we walked in which other stores did not mention anything about it. didn’t expect to find an LV Alma PM Epi Leather Red in Grade A condition—really like new! I was assisted by Sakon Murayoshi, who greeted me warmly and politely and even gave me a discount coupon right away. He also helped me with information about the bag’s production year. The next morning, I came back to the store, looked for Sakon again, and happily grabbed this bag. A senior female staff member helped with the packing, even double-wrapping it with a raincoat.
