Owner prepares the meals and serves the drinks too, very laid back atmosphere, with background music, it's okay to have a few drinks first before ordering food. Only about 10 tables so certainly not crowded. Went there twice in the evenings, about 10K Yen bought us three beers, three wines, a couple of fantastic rice omelettes and two deserts....
