After researching for a cozy natural wine bar with great food, Inasa came up on the map and I’m so glad we stumbled in. We didn’t have a reservation and we sat at the bar as the friendly chef prepared the most thoughtful food right in front of us. He sourced his organic veggies from his farm and I love the simplicity in his work. The dishes were Chinese inspired and everything we wanted. He didn’t speak English but thank god for technology because we were able to chat through translation apps. The wine pairing and natural gin were a cherry on top.
