This restaurant is on the second floor of the Premier Mystays Hotel near Kanazawa station. The ordering system is set up to be easy for English speakers. You are offered an English menu, then given a checklist and a pen. The meals are numbered, so you can write the number for clarity. (Sounds over-touristy but it's not. Mostly locals there.)
