Absolutely fantastic sushi in Kanazawa station. We never would've thought this would be as good as it was. Given how close to the coast Kanazawa is, the fish were incredibly fresh.
Great price for some of the best sushi we had during our trip. The Google directions are great at locating this space but the information desk will guide should you need additional help.
Came primarily for the nigiri. The fish was exquisite, we highly recommend you ask the sushi chef for any local options that won't be on the English menu if you want a more authentic experience. It is worth asking!

The sushi was well prepared and very fresh, probably helped by the considerable turnover they see every day. It is nice that you can order by the piece here and don't have to order a big set menu. We enjoyed it so much that we tried to return the next day with a friend who was not with us the first time and were told the wait would be at least 30 minutes. We got lucky the first night! Overall, it's a place worth visiting for a quick bite.. depending...
