I highly recommend this place, I went there for dinner by myself and the quality of the meat was outstanding (that’s also coming from a person who grew up in Alberta and we know our beef). I was a little nervous because I had read other reviews that said a reservation was recommended but the table finding website that is on here didn’t work (although I can’t read Japanese so I’m not sure precisely what the page it sent me to said) but thankfully there was available bar seating. They had some nice English menus for guests to write their order on which was quite nice, as well they had a nice little “how to do it” sheet after you order your dishes. (Word of advice, maybe don’t have the heat quite as high as I did. Since I was taking my time enjoying the high quality of food the water ended up evaporating so I had to quickly cook my last 2 pieces of meat with a really small amount of water) I got the Ribeye Saga beef shabu shabu with some plum wine to drink and it was so delicious. I forgot to get good photos of the English menus so I had to take screenshots of the video I took (sorry)

What a lovely experience we had! We were lucky to find seats available without reservation. It was our first discovery of Japanese hot pot. The ladies were very sweet and helpful. We had the shabu-shabu beef and it was excellent. Thank you for this...

全くおすすめしません。

味と店はまあまあだけど、店長がおらずバイトだけでやってるので接客が本当に最悪でした。行けばわかります。

口コミが高すぎるので、低いレビューはぜんぶ消されてるんじゃないでしょうか？(このレビューもきっと消される) こんなひどい店は1、2年で潰れるでしょう

【追記】 女将からの返信がさらにひどくてビックリしたので追記します

アルバイトだけじゃなかったと言ってますが「アルバイトと間違われるような社員しかいません」と自分で言ってるのと同じですよね。レジで露骨にキレた態度をとってくる社員なんて初めてみました

あと全否定にならないようポイントを絞ってフェアに指摘してあげたのに(店と味自体は悪くなかったとフォローして)、その価値もないようなので他にもあげましょう ・オーダー取りから何を聞いてもわからないわからないを連発 ・5粒ぐらいしかないカット青ネギを2人前と言いはる(これはもはや笑いました) ・他に誰も客がいないのに会計に10分以上待たされ謝罪もなし(しかも終始キレている) など初めて見ることだらけでした(和食なのにド派手なピンク色のスペイン産ミネラルウォーター？？とか。まあそれはセンスの問題か..)

ただの嫌がらせでレビューしてると思ってるなら反省したほうがいいですよ。問題を無かったことにするのは経営者失格じゃないでしょうか

縁もゆかりもない店の悪いレビューを書いてもこちらにはなんのメリットもなく、被害者を減らしたいと思って書いています。でもそういう態度(客が悪い前提で動く)が今思えば全面的に接客に現れてたなと思います
