From the delightful surprise of the Amuse-Bouche to the seasonal tender bamboo shoot dish, every course was meticulously prepared. Both the trout and salmon were executed flawlessly.

The most surprising dish was the Rock salt-baked beetroot—I’ve never had beetroot this perfect before. Another standout was the combination of carp sashimi with white wine sauce, which was truly exceptional.

Called to make a reservation for next day’s lunch and the lady staff confirmed by receiving my information. However , when i called on the day to check the location of the restaurant, they suddenly said they are not opened for lunch , that the staff yesterday made a mistake, and are not able to accept my reservation .

Last night we had a special dinner in Blessing Court Yukawatan and had an amazing experience. The food was exquisite, innovative and more important delicious. Every dish place on the table gives you a surprise. All the staff were very pleasant and caring. Luckily we had Mr. Matsubara who was especially helpful in explaining every dish and how it was made.
