Update: something is not the best here -- the vibe is whacky. Hence even during obon the place isn't busy even tho the 2 other coffee shops have a 30min+ wait. I still like that there is a 3rd option but I hope owners can improve this place...
some ideas/suggestions: add different food/dessert as the 1,000 crepe is small, takes too long, and is really small. i saw a customer handed the crepe and was shocked how small and un-exciting it was improve the seating - Scandinavian hard wood style may be a theme but it is uncomfortable to sit and doesn't look good improve the service - when i walked by there were no less than 4 tables w/ plates and cups left not cleaned up yet. Either make it self service or get on cleaning up sooner to keep the place looking clean. also i got the sense the staff is new and not well trained still.
Otherwise a great dog friendly cafe and crepe shop. It is just opened as of this review but coffee is great and crepe I shall try next time. Glad there is now a 3rd...
Read moreCute cafe in the area! Interior: simple modern architecture with lots of wood elements. Since the door is open to the outside it really feels like you’re still enjoying the nature of the area Food/Drink: I got an iced cafe latte & sugar butter crepe. •The latte was pretty standard and the glasses to serve it are very pretty! I also love that they use paper straws. The material is pretty sturdy. •As for the crepes, I actually really enjoyed them. The thickness was good and the dough of the crepes actually had flavor. You can tell the batter was left to rest before being cooked. I like that they had salted butter on the side so you can choose how much to add, and the salt is a nice contrast from the sugar folded inside the crepe Service: The staff are friendly and polite.
Overall, the menu selection is small but the items all seem good quality. I will try to stop by again...
Read moreI had a lemon crepe which costed 1600 yen and is overpriced. Finished the crepe in a few bites. Taste was good with tang, some sugar in the middle layer were not dissolved but I’m not sure if it’s intentional or accidental. Also had a coffee which tasted normal. Staff did not greet me when I entered the shop and when I left (they were not serving other customers), which was rather surprising considering I’m in Japan. Good atmosphere and the shop was clean...
