柏駅北口の大型商業施設『高島屋ステーションモール』の1階にあるドトールです。出入口が大通りに面しているため見つけやすく、特に夕方（平日休日問わず）は商業施設での買い物客の利用でごった返します。客席は40席程あるものの、特に休日の夕方は多くの買い物客による休憩目的での利用のため、席の確保も難しいくらいに混雑するでしょう。 建物の1階にあり、出入口は可能な限り段差が無いよう工夫されているため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方でも気軽に利用できると思います。各客席の間隔はやや狭いように感じますが、それでも窮屈な印象はありません。店の奥の方に喫煙スペースが設けられており、分煙対策は徹底されているように見受けられます。 給仕されるドリンクや料理の質及び種類、スタッフの接客対応の質は、他のドトールと遜色無いように思います。

This Doutor coffee shop is located on the first floor of the large shopping complex "Takashimaya Station Mall" at the north exit of Kashiwa Station. Its entrance faces a main street, making it easy to find. Especially in the late afternoon - on both weekdays and weekends - it becomes very crowded as many shoppers use the café to take a break. There are about 40 seats, but securing one can be quite difficult during busy weekend evenings due to the high volume of customers resting from shopping. The cafe is on the first floor, and the entrance is designed to be as step-free as possible, making it accessible and convenient for wheelchair users and others with mobility challenges. Although the spacing between seats feels a bit tight, the overall atmosphere is not uncomfortable. A smoking area is located at the back of the store, and effective separation between smoking and non-smoking sections appears to be well maintained. セットにつくコーヒーのSサイズが値段据え置きでMサイズになれば最高

こちらを利用するようになり１年が経過して気がつくこと

店内の空調が寒い日にも拘らず 暖房にしないで送風にしている 換気をしているから寒いのではなく 単純に暖房にしていない

店員に寒すぎるので暖房を入れてくださいと伝えても 一向に改善されない

もちろん1月2月の寒い季節には暖房で暖かくなります

特に12月の前半と3月の中...

ここのドトールは友人と高島屋に行った帰りに殆ど寄ります。スタッフの皆さんも親切です。 2回も、コーヒーカップを傾けた時には､直ぐにスタッフの方が処理して下さり、尚且つ新しいコーヒを無料で持って来て下さいました。支払いをすると言っても、大丈夫ですよ、お客様のお洋服は？と心配して下さりました...
