Chain restaurant. Everything is prepared in advance so nothing is particularly fresh. Male server/cook was a little rude. Female was pleasant. Asked about ingredients due to allergies but couldn't answer. Stuff not available on the menu and very unclear about what was what. Lunch set options had many things not available. I ended up having a patty with cheese that came with rice... Yep, an American themed restaurant but VERY Japanized. Set items it came with was a salad (slop), soup (onion water made edible with additional salt and pepper), coffee was "Texas cowboy" style - so very weak and NO option to have sugar or milk. It's black and that's your only choice. Overall disappointing. Won't be going again and will avoid other chains because I doubt they'd be...

Do not listen to any negative reviews, this place is great, they are always accommodating, the food is a good price compared to other steak restaurants in Japan, I honestly didn’t know it was a chain restaurant until my girlfriend told me it was. It’s different from most chain restaurants, it’s good. And for the price, how can you complain? The staff are always friendly to me, I’ve never had a negative experience, I really have nothing bad to say...
