MOBARAK — Restaurant in Kashiwa

SCAM ALERT – Avoid this restaurant ❌ This place is full of scammers. The old man who usually serves here is the biggest scammer I’ve met in my life.

I ordered the 380 yen kebab, but he immediately tried to upsell me to 600 yen saying “niku ga ippai arimasu” (more meat). I declined. While eating, he told me this was the cheapest place around. What a joke!

Look at the photo: just plain bread stuffed with mostly cabbage, only ONE small piece of meat, and after tax it cost 418 yen.

They advertise as a halal restaurant with “Allah” written above the door, yet they sell beer, whiskey, and sake. Completely hypocritical.

PLEASE READ IT IF YOU ARE GOING THERE. I would rather burn my money but i would not eat from this restaurant if i have any clue of how the taste is going be. On the banner outside the shop the price of a shawarma was 380 yen but in the restaurant the owner told us that if you buy a full meal then it would be 380yen. Mutton curry which ought to be plain had traces of okra and a few chick peas in it. It was also bulked up with an excess amount of onion.

Owner chef deliberately served naan although I ordered rice with the lunch set.

Hygiene was poor. I was the only customer.

I was presented a bill of Yen1750 for an order that was Yen 1100.

Dishonest,dirty and poor quality food.
