On Yasai — Restaurant in Kawasaki

bad service We visited this restaurant on 26th Aug around 20:30, with totally 6 ppl. At first when a staff came to me at the reception, i told him we would like to have a table for 6, he walked away and came back after few mins with an unhappy face. Then he guided us to a table which only with 4 seats. We thought that there is misunderstanding between us, so i told him again we have 6 ppl in total, but he said “this is the largest table we have” and walked away. We felt so frustrated standing there. Later on we found there were 2 empty tables in other area. I asked the same staff if its possible to connect 2 tables for us(there is a curtain in between 2 tables), he refused to do it, gave me a cross and walked away again. The attitude and service of that staff is quite insulting i’m afraid. If no table is available, may i suggest the staff can simply tell the customer, but not doing all these to make customers feel...

All You Can Eat & Drink Shabu Shabu. Orders are sent using tablet on the table and the servers bring the meat (beef, pork, chicken), vegetables and drinks (Beer included) to our table. Choose the meat, the type of soup (2 kind in one pot), salads and condiments, and drink as many times as you like within 90 minutes. The tablet will tell you how much time you have. The meat was great and you get a lot of value for your money. The service was a bit chaotic however it was very busy so it's understandable.
