ラゾーナ川崎の4階のレストランの中でもかなりの人気を誇るハンバーグとステーキのレストランです。主な料理は店名にもある通りハンバーグとステーキですが、種類は少ないもののオムライスやカキフライ・エビフライなどバラエティに富んでおり、特に小さなお子さんには喜ばれるレストランだと思います。ハンバーグやステーキに添えるソースやトッピングもバラエティに富み、様々な味付けを楽しむことが出来るのもこのレストランの特徴の一つです。 一方で、油が飛び散るほどのアツアツの状態で給仕されるため、火傷及び衣服の汚れには注意しましょう。衣服の油汚れを避けるためのエプロンや、荷物の油汚れを避けるためのカバーが提供されます。 比較的空いている時間帯に利用したからか、スタッフの対応は終始良好でした。それでも、休日のランチタイムなど大混雑する時間帯の対応はスタッフに周知済みだと思うので、不愉快な対応をされる機会は滅諦にないでしょう。 入口には段差があり、またやや狭いため、車椅子などの障碍を持つ方や大きな荷物を持つ方はやや利用しづらいと思うかもしれません。

I ordered the rib eye steak ,with set salad, soup and bread. It costs almost like 4000-5000yen. I was so disappointed, the steak was super thin, so dry and overcooked like beef jerky. Very popular steak & Japanese hamburger restaurant inside Lazona. The hamburger steak will come out slightly rare and the grill plate with a side of rice or bread. Honestly the 180g of beef isn't quite enough to satisfy me and going any larger felt a bit expensive. Still, great atmosphere for some delicious beef!
