喜多方BAL is one of those places that defies expectation : a cozy, bohemian hideout where Spanish and Italian flavors meet Japanese food, with live cozy DJ on Saturday evenings. The atmosphere feels straight out of a movie.

Every dish was a beautifully balanced and full of personality.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and Flavio the DJ kept the mood perfect, true to the latin influences but never too loud. The chef himself came out to serve the last plate, making sure everything was just right.
