石田一龍 小倉魚町店 おがた家 — Restaurant in Kitakyushu

I have lived here in KitaQ for nearly 6 years, but i always go to Gaijin known ramen shop which is quiet far from where I am at this moment (Kokura Castle).

I went straight to google maps and type "nearest ramen shop near me" and found this place with 4.5 ratings, I read some comments and mentioned that it is gaijin friendly with english menu . Since i am looking for a home made taste ramen with gyouza and rice, i went straight to this place but my problem is that i don't have a cash with me, only Paypay/QRpayments. Upon getting in, a staff greeted me and I asked him first "Is paypay okay?" since they have ordering machine which needs cash, luckily, you can pay thru paypay and the staff took my order kn the other ordering tablet! 😍❤️🥰

To the staff, with all the smiles they have, thank you! 🙏🙇‍♀️ I was really hungry as i had my 2hrs run from my place to here and your ramen really suits my taste! If you could only see my reaction, i don't know if I am hungry, or your food is really delicious! The savory, richness, the gyouza (heaven) and the ramen is superb!!!!! 2024/02/01夕方初めて来店させてもらいました。 ラーメンとチャーハンと名物という唐揚げを頂きました。自分は石田一龍でも戸畑の「まこと屋」がどのメニューも濃くて美味しかったので、こちらの店も「おがた屋」って別の名前がつくから戸畑店と同じか近い味かと勝手に想像して入りました。

ラーメン固麺頼んだら配膳ミスで全部のせラーメン柔麺がきました。 好き嫌いないのでありがたく頂きました。

味に関してですが、正直イマイチでした。これではじめから台無しになってしまうのですが、 ①ラーメンのスープがヌルい。 ②唐揚げが揚げすぎて黒くて硬くなっている。 チャーシューは炙ってありとても美味しかったです(軽めの炙りなのが良かった)、チャーハンは普通だったので上記2点は非常に残念でした。

ただ、店主の店員さんの接客や雰囲気が近年稀に見るくらい良かったです。 その日に入ったばかりと思われる外国人のアルバイト2名は注文を間違えたりメニュー名聞き取れなかったりどうしてもミスが多かったのですが、(しかも割と大きなミスを繰り返していた)それに対する店長さんの指導っぷりが100通り越して1000点満点でした。けして怒らず、1から何度でも丁寧にその外国人のアルバイトに教えてやる。そしてラーメン屋らしい威勢よく気持ちいい接客。 見た目はパンチパーマで一見イカツイと思わせておいて、ものすごく人間が出来ている人なんでしょう。人が寄ってきて好かれるタイプというか。自分が学生ならこんな店長さんの下で働いて人生について勉強したかったとさえ思いました。 店長さんが、注文間違えてることをアルバイトに教えてやるも「すみませんでした」は一切ないのが昨今の若者にとっては当たり前なのかなと少し残念でしたが笑
