Elborracho THE OUTLET KITAKYUSHU store — Restaurant in Kitakyushu

As a Mexican American, this place makes me very sad. The store in Tenjin Fukuoka is completely different, with competent staff and delicious food. I wish I looked at the reviews before buying. There’s no explanation for why corn tortillas cannot be takeout, and so much of the menu is not takeout. Why does the taco have rice in it? Making the food Japanese style is pointless. If Japanese people want to eat Japanese flavors, they will eat Japanese food. If you make it authentic flavor, Japanese people who want to try tacos can enjoy them. I don’t eat sushi with tortillas and salsa, please don’t make tacos with rice and this style. When I opened the box and looked at the food, I felt regret even though 1100¥ is not bad compared to American prices. I want this place to do better so people in Kitakyushu can enjoy tacos, but if this is how it continues, I think they will close. To the staff and managers, please visit the Tenjin location or go to Tacomia in Fukuoka. Try their food. Don’t take out the cilantro, don’t skip the real salsa, try real Taco style meat like carnitas or barbacoa. If you study this flavor and learn their customer service, this place will succeed.
