Enishi

This TanTanMen place is in all the tourist guides and even has a michelin reccomendation (not a star). They seem to be most famous for their soup less tantan, but I like it with soup so that’s what I got. They have a ticket machine up front to pick your dish and any sides. When I was there there was a brief 15 minute wait for a counter seat. The staff collected your tickets before the seat was ready and the soup came out quickly after I was seated. The taste was excellent, lots of numbing peppercorns and other spices. The noodles were flat and thick compared to normal ramen noodles. It has a much more interesting taste than just regular sesame TanTan.
