A little expensive and small portions for pasta. The pasta is delicious and fresh. There is a large range of breads at lunch time which are great. They have seasonal flavours and are well made. They also have fresh warm focaccia and what I would describe as Yorkshire puddings - but they are served as sweet, not savoury.

The place has a nice atmosphere though it is very busy - making a reservation is a good idea for a weekend. Decor is lovely inside and looks great from the outside, and the place is very clean. The toilets however are not good - quite dirty for Japanese standards.

Busy, but pretty laid back restaurant. The atmosphere allows you to relax. The chairs are probably from an old church as they have the cross sign and also the shelves for where the hymnals or Bibles were kept. Food is delicious and the unlimited bread table is definitely a highlight. Drink bar also has very refreshing, healthy season specific drinks. All in...

We made a quick stop at FISH IN THE FOREST TOOTH TOOTH while browsing Harborland, and it turned out to be a highlight of our visit. The atmosphere was cozy and stylish—perfect for a relaxing break. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff put great care into preparing our drinks, and it showed in both presentation and taste. Everything was fresh, beautifully done, and served with a smile. A lovely spot to unwind and enjoy a quality drink. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

丁度１年前に　此の道を通った夜 見かけたのは有名な　トゥーストゥースの店 デナーしに向かふのは　モザイクのイタリアン いつの日か此処でも・・　誓ってスルーする 何でもない様な店と　思って入ったけれど 何だか魅力溢れる　又来たいなと思ふ 2025.9/13…神戸港に在る「モザイク」でのデナーは、もう 何年も前から、共に おイタリアンの「ガウダンテ」と「フランツカフェ」、隔年で 交互に再来している（笑）。 今年は、本来は ガウダンテの番だが・・。 神戸入りした後、其のリストランテに 数回TELするものの、「現在、電話の近くに誰も居ません・・」の 自動音声の繰り返しのみ。 ならば と ググマプると、既に ネット予約で 満席らしき表示が・・。 （昨年 メリケン波止場を歩いてく際、此処にも トゥース系の店が進出したのを知り、気になりながらも、事実上のイタリアンとも云ふべきカフェでのデナーを優先、此方はスルーする。） 今迄のフランツカフェでも、本格的なイタリアンやドルチェを 毎回 満喫したので、直ぐに セカンドセレクト化、向かいかけたが・・。 食事しながら、硝子越しに ポートタワー等の夜景を堪能出来るので、人気が高そう。 来店時点では、満席のリスク大かも とも・・。 シチュエーションをシミュレーション。 意を決して、スカウティングすべく 近づいてゆくと、硝子越しの店内には、所々 空席が・・。 （本店は ともかく）折角 近くの地区の15番館店？では、スウィーツ＆ティーだけで、食事は スルーする 成り行きになった事だし と、此方でデナーする と云ふ サードセレクトに。 十数年前の 本店への初来時、大好きなガレット（焼き菓子じゃない方）も食べれた 思ひ出が、時空を超へて 鮮やかに？甦る。 しかし 入店すると、ガレットは あいにく 無く、あえなく ステキな思ひ出は 砕け散る。 メニューブックをチェック、其れでも 数種類のパスタのヴァリエから、" 事実上のペスカトーレ " とも云ふべき一皿をセレクト。 又、先程のトゥースで 未練タラタラながら、社員マスカットのショートをセレクトした事に依り 見送った、フランボワーズとチョコレートのタルトをセレクト。 結果論で言へば、トゥース系２軒のハシゴ、まさに、" 江戸の仇（本店）を長崎（支店２軒）で討つ " の如し？。 其れにしても・・いくら" スウィーツとパンの都 " 神戸へ来たから とは云へ、１日で４軒のスウィーツ（「ビゴ」での、板チョコサンド？フランスパムも、スウィーツとしてカウントすると、実に５軒！）とは、我ながら 不摂生にも ほどがある・・（苦笑）。

I had a terrible experience at this store. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful from the moment I walked in. They acted like they didn’t want to be there and made me feel like I was a burden just for asking a simple question. Customer service is clearly not a priority here. I definitely won’t be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a terrible experience at this store. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful from the moment I walked in. They acted like they didn’t want to be there and made me feel like I was a burden just for asking a simple question. Customer service is clearly not a priority here. I definitely won’t be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.
