great lunch in this restaurant who takes walk-ins.

i had the set lunch which includes a fresh salad with a very gentle spicy dressing, kinda similar to thousand island dressing. Then i was served a very tasty corn soup and then, the main event.

since i had sirloin on my previous trip i choose the rump steak and it was very good. the meat was served rare with a boiling hot stone in case you want to make it medium rare or medium, the hot plate comes with roasted veggies and white rice on the side

the meet was tasty and super tender, however, it will not melt in your mouth, so if its your first time trying kobe beef, go for the sirolin for the full experience

the waiter was super kind and her english was great, she definetely upgrade...

Highlight of my Kobe day trip from Osaka. Delicious high grade authentic Kobe beef with all the paperwork. I had the sirloin, the filet, and the romp. Liked the sirloin the best with the right balance of fat and tenderness and still being able to chew it. Filet was super tender and you don’t need teeth to eat it, and I personally enjoy the ability to breakdown the steak with my teeth as the flavor of the meat fills my mouth. Romp was a bit too much marble in my humble opinion. The fried rice served at the end and cooked in Kobe Beef fat was incredible!

No reservation was needed, and we were able to dine directly. The hostess was super friendly, fluent in both Chinese and English, making communication effortless. I ordered the 100g medium-grade filet mignon, along with sparkling water and fried rice.

The chef prepared the meal right in front of us, explaining the ingredients and cooking process, and even included a flame show for added flair. The medium-rare steak was tender and juicy, and the fried rice was exceptionally delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and definitely...
